What You'll Be Doing
As a Lead Research & Data Enrichment Specialist at arenaflex, you will be tasked with the following key responsibilities:
- Data Research & Discovery: Examine each partial record in our database and identify which information fields are missing or incomplete. Your primary mission will be to locate and verify the missing data points using various online resources, including company websites, professional directories, social media platforms, and public records.
- Website Analysis & Email Extraction: When a record contains a business website but lacks an email address, you will navigate to the website, explore contact pages, about pages, and leadership sections to discover and extract valid business email addresses. You will understand how to identify contact forms, general email addresses, and direct email patterns.
- Reverse Research & Website Discovery: When a record contains an email address or owner name but no website, you will conduct comprehensive web searches to find the business's official website, social media presence, or other digital footprints. You will verify the website authenticity and ensure it matches the business owner in question.
- Data Verification & Validation: All information you find must be verified for accuracy. You will cross-reference multiple sources to ensure the data you enter is correct, current, and belongs to the correct business entity. This includes validating email addresses, phone numbers, and website URLs.
- Quality Control: Maintain exceptional attention to detail by reviewing your own work for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Identify and flag any discrepancies or potential issues in the data for further investigation.
