Position Overview
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in our medical transportation scheduling operations. Your primary responsibility will be to process inbound calls efficiently and accurately, verifying demographic information and initiating transportation requests for patients in need. You will serve as the first point of contact for callers, including health plan representatives, medical providers, transportation vendors, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties designed to ensure seamless transportation scheduling and outstanding customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inbound Call Management: Efficiently process inbound calls by verifying basic demographic information and accurately entering data into our system to initiate transportation requests. You must be able to take control of conversations while gathering necessary information in a timely manner.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional service by reviewing account status, answering inquiries, and rapidly responding to requests. Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Inclusive Service: Interface with all callers without regard to race, religion, gender, national origin, age, or physical or mental health status. Extend the same courteous and helpful service to every individual, including representatives from health plans, medical providers, facilities, transportation vendors, and the general public.
- Compliance and Documentation: Generate courtesy calls and maintain accurate data records to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Ensure that all conversations and records are complete, accurate, and documented properly.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high quality standards while generating calls and resolving issues. Meet or exceed performance expectations within one week of completing the training program.
- Performance Metrics: Effectively handle calls and meet established performance standards, including maintaining an average talk time of five minutes or less, processing a minimum of 1,100 calls per month, and achieving a quality assurance score of 95% or higher.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed and supporting your colleagues in achieving collective goals.

- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. College education is preferred but not required.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience is preferred.
