The Role: Customer Service Representative I

- Residency: You must currently reside in the state of Tennessee to be considered for this position.
- Availability: Must be able to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time.
- Technical Setup: Must have a dedicated workspace in Tennessee that is safe, confidential, and free from hazards. This workspace must be properly equipped to handle sensitive work.
- Internet Requirements: A personally controlled, secure internet connection is required. Public WiFi networks (including student, apartment, library, coffee shop, or cafe connections) are not acceptable. Your internet must:
- Be protected by a strong password (minimum 16 characters including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)
- Maintain minimum download speeds of 25 Mbps
- Maintain minimum upload speeds of 5 Mbps
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to interact professionally with clients and team members.
