  • Base Hourly Rate: Earn up to $19 per hour, plus additional incentives based on performance and availability.
  • Tax Season Bonuses: From April 8th through April 15th (Tax Day), you'll have the opportunity to earn even more with our special bonus structure:

    • April 8th-11th: $3/hour additional for hours worked over 12 productive hours; $4/hour for over 16 hours; $5/hour for over 20 hours

    • April 12th-14th: $5/hour additional for hours worked over 20 productive hours

    • April 15th (Tax Day): $10/hour additional for hours worked over 5 productive hours


  • Peak Season Rates: Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics earn an average equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times (January through April) and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times.
  • Guaranteed Minimum Pay: Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes of pay for each hour they are available for the full 60 minutes, ensuring you receive fair compensation for your time and availability.
