As a Coordinator in Cargo Gateway Customer Service, you'll be at the heart of our cargo operations, responsible for monitoring acceptance, planning, and accommodation of all arenaflex Cargo products to ensure full compliance with industry standards and regulations. The hiring range for this role is $48,000 to $68,000 annually, taking into account the qualifications, skills, and experience you bring to the table. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Coordinator in Cargo Gateway Customer Service, no two days will be exactly the same. You'll be immersed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that keeps you engaged and on your toes. Here's what you can expect to tackle in this role:


  • Operational Monitoring & Compliance: You'll be responsible for meticulously monitoring the acceptance, planning, and accommodation of all arenaflex Cargo products. This includes ensuring full compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Your keen eye for detail will help identify potential issues before they become problems.
  • Issue Identification & Resolution: You'll proactively identify and communicate potential operational issues to other work groups and collaborate effectively to assist with resolution. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you navigate challenges and find creative solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
  • Communication Excellence: You'll respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner, serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Your clear, courteous, and efficient communication will represent arenaflex in the best possible light.
  • Project Support: You'll assist with special projects from Headquarters and the local management team, contributing your unique perspective and capabilities to initiatives that shape the future of our cargo operations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll work closely with various departments including operations, sales, reservations, and security to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of cargo services.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Education: High School diploma or GED Equivalency

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of Cargo Terminal Operations, Cargo Sales, or Cargo Reservations experience

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard office software and the ability to quickly learn new systems

  • Security Clearance: Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)

  • Badges: Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:


  • Previous experience in the airline cargo industry, particularly with gateway operations

  • Familiarity with SABRE FRT (Freight) system or similar cargo management platforms

  • Knowledge of arenaflex Cargo products and understanding of the cargo industry

  • Additional language proficiency (especially Spanish or other international languages)
