About This Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Associates to join our virtual team based in the Netherlands. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, offering full-time hours (40 hours per week). Work Schedule & Flexibility

One of the unique aspects of working in customer service is that our customers need us when it's most convenient for them. This role requires flexibility to work varying hours that match customer demand. Here's what you need to know:


  • Operating Hours: You will work within the operating hours of 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.

  • Shift Patterns: You will be assigned rotating shifts, including early morning, day, and late evening shifts. This rotation ensures fairness and provides diverse working hours.

  • Minimum Commitment: A minimum of 40 hours per week is required (5 x 8-hour shifts).

  • Holiday Work: You may be required to work on national holidays and Sundays, with appropriate compensation as outlined in our policies.

  • Schedule Planning: We value work-life balance, which is why schedules are provided 6 weeks in advance. This gives you ample time to plan your personal life around your work commitments.

  • Training Period: Be prepared to commit to an initial four weeks of full-time, paid training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to succeed.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Have the legal right to work in the Netherlands
  • Language Skills: Strong written and oral fluency in Swedish is essential. Basic communication skills in English are also required.
  • Comfortable working with computers and various software applications
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early, late, weekend shifts, and compensated overtime as required
  • Availability for four weeks of full-time, paid initial training
  • Workspace Requirements: A quiet, distraction-free work environment with dedicated office space, including a desk and chair.
  • Technical Requirements: A minimum broadband connection speed of 50 Mbps using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (WiFi is not suitable). arenaflex will provide you with a complete equipment package before your first day of training.
