• *The Challenge**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team and drive the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and collaboration skills. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, Qualtrics specialists, and Agile teams in technology to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs, ensuring that our VOC methodology is aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Develop and implement large-scale statistical and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various use case levels.
• Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
• Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with machine learning, natural language processing, and data mining techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
• Certification in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
