What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Member & Customer Services Advocate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our members through inbound contact center operations. Your primary goal will be to create positive member experiences while accurately addressing their needs and concerns. Here's what you can expect in this role:


  • Direct Member Interaction: You'll work directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center environment, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their experience with us is nothing short of excellent.

  • Empathetic Issue Handling: Effectively handle customer concerns by utilizing available resources to provide accurate information while ensuring empathetic resolution. You'll maintain detailed records of all interactions and changes made to member accounts.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Confidentially handle sensitive policy owner information, ensuring all communications meet regulatory compliance standards and maintain our high communication quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

We're looking for candidates who bring a combination of relevant experience, technical skills, and a genuine passion for customer service. While we provide comprehensive training, the following qualifications will help you succeed in this role:

Essential Requirements:


  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position where there is a high value placed on the customer/member experience. Prior insurance or call center experience is strongly preferred.
  • Mathematical Proficiency: Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills, as this role may involve calculating policy values, premiums, or other numerical information.
  • Technical Skills: Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and various telephone technologies. You should be comfortable learning new software systems quickly.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; some college level coursework is preferred.
  • Home Office Requirements: Must possess a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload, and be able to support a VPN connection for secure remote work.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures. Familiarity with various insurance products is highly preferred.
  • Professional Development: Completion of insurance industry or LOMA (Life Office Management Association) coursework is preferred but not required.
