About the Role

As part of our RBS VSP Group, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist in forming and delivering innovative methods for managing vendors within arenaflex's Retail US operations. Your focus will be on developing business with our vendor partners while identifying operational factors that impact their success.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth


  • Drive Performance Excellence: Your success will be measured through the performance of your assignments and deliverables against key entry metrics. You'll be accountable for meeting and exceeding targets that contribute to overall business growth.

  • Vendor Satisfaction: Display vendor satisfaction survey results and investigate both positive and negative comment trends. Establish improvement plans and manage expectations with account managers as appropriate.
