Position Overview

As a Senior Analyst on our Content & Brand Insights team, you will be responsible for supporting research initiatives across our extensive portfolio of linear and streaming platforms. You will become an integral part of a best-in-class team that is forward-thinking, innovative, and deeply engaged in understanding the evolving entertainment landscape. Working with premier brands and content including arenaflex, Marvel, and Star Wars, you will tackle a variety of content research tasks that directly impact programming decisions.

This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Content & Brand Insights and will lead multiple projects including pilot testing, advertising testing, concept testing, brand health monitoring, and additional content research initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Programming, Marketing, and Strategy to deliver insights that shape the future of entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst at arenaflex Entertainment Television, your responsibilities will span both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. You will be expected to:


  • Lead mission control across all aspects of qualitative research, including logistics and coordination, discussion guide development, stimulus management, and note-taking during focus groups and interviews.

  • Execute quantitative research projects including questionnaire review, link proofing, data analysis, and visualization to transform raw numbers into actionable insights.

  • Support and manage ad-hoc requests by analyzing various resources across both primary and syndicated research, then summarizing and communicating key findings to stakeholders.

  • Create impactful presentations and deliverables utilizing relevant data visualization techniques and the ability to edit and distill complex findings into clear, compelling narratives.

  • Provide insights into topics impacting our audience, including current content landscape trends and evolving viewing behaviors across demographics.

  • Ensure exceptional quality and timeliness of all tasks and deliverables by effectively managing and coordinating with internal teams and external research vendors.

  • Collaborate across departments to build strong relationships and ensure research findings are effectively integrated into strategic decision-making processes.

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging research methodologies to continuously improve our insight generation capabilities.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting or conducting primary research projects—both qualitative and quantitative—at a media/entertainment company, marketing agency, research provider, or brand consultancy.

  • Strong project management experience with specific focus on content research considered a significant advantage.

  • Self-starter with passion, energy, and enthusiasm to make a meaningful impact on the future of content development.

  • Confident presence with exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) to effectively present findings to senior stakeholders.

  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and project coordination skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Dedication to delivering highest quality work with unflagging attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to embrace new assignments with a can-do mindset as priorities evolve and change.

  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work across diverse teams and establish strong professional relationships.

  • Proficiency in data visualization and creating impactful presentations and deliverables that drive strategic decisions.

  • Experience with entertainment research and demographics including preschoolers, kids, teens, and parents is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will strengthen your application:


  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

  • Experience with statistical software such as SPSS for advanced data analysis.

  • Knowledge of media planning and buying processes.

  • Familiarity with streaming platform metrics and measurement frameworks.

  • Experience with syndicated research tools and platforms.

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in research methodologies are considered a plus.
