Position Overview


As a Sales Analytics Professional at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business success by providing comprehensive data analysis, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct thorough research and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within sales data. Transform raw data into meaningful insights that inform business strategy.

  • Third-Party Data Validation: Research, verify, and validate third-party data sources to ensure data integrity and reliability. Maintain high standards of data quality throughout all analytical processes.

  • Data Transformation: Scrub, design, and convert data into system-compatible formats that facilitate efficient analysis and reporting. Develop and maintain data models that support business intelligence initiatives.

  • CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce and other CRM platforms to update account details, upload data, manage projects, and track customer interactions. Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.

  • Account Director Support: Assist account directors with meeting solicitations, requirements gathering, and strategic planning. Provide analytical support for client presentations and proposal development.

  • Ad Hoc Projects and Research: Participate in special projects and research requests as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

  • Customized Reporting: Develop and deliver tailored reporting and recommendations to support ongoing business decisions and strategic initiatives. Create dashboards and visual reports that communicate complex findings clearly.

Essential Qualifications
