Position Overview

We are currently recruiting for Remote Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chat interactions with customers across various industries. This is an independent contractor position offering both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in representing our clients' brands and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chat inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and your goal will be to resolve their issues while creating a positive experience.

  • Reliability & Consistency: Commit to working a minimum number of hours per week as scheduled, ensuring reliability and consistency in customer support delivery. Dependability is key to building trust with both customers and our organization.

  • Professional Accountability: Uphold high standards of accountability, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions. Represent arenaflex and our clients with integrity and dedication.

  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records and enable continuous improvement.

  • Product & Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the products and services you support. Stay updated on policy changes, new features, and industry developments.

  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in feedback sessions, quality reviews, and team meetings to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Age & Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. Must currently reside within the United States.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, with strong spelling, grammar, and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional Demeanor: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Typing Skills: Proficient typing skills with accuracy and speed.

  • Computer Skills: Comfortable using computers, software applications, and navigating digital systems.

  • Background Check: Willingness to undergo a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessment.

  • Smartphone Access: Access to a smartphone for system verification purposes.

Preferred Experience

While previous customer service experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome applications from individuals who possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Technical Requirements

As a remote agent, you must have a dedicated workspace and reliable technology infrastructure to ensure seamless customer interactions. The following technical specifications are required:


  • Computer: Personal computer (laptop or desktop) – Chromebooks, netbooks, tablets, and all-in-one computers are not compatible with our systems.

  • Processor: Dual-Core 2.8 GHz or better CPU Speed with an Intel i5/i7 or AMD Phenom Ryzen (or equivalent) processor.

  • Memory: Minimum of 4 GB RAM.

  • Storage: At least 20 GB of available hard drive space with a total of 60 GB.

  • Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit).

  • Internet Connection: Reliable wired high-speed internet connection (wireless or WiFi connections are not acceptable). Internet speeds must meet or exceed 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload, with a maximum network latency of 120 ms.

  • Connection Method: A direct Ethernet connection from your computer to your router or modem is required.

  • Equipment: A quality headset with a microphone for clear audio communication.
