Position Overview

The Customer Service & Data Entry Representative will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will be entrusted with the following essential duties and responsibilities:


  • Data Entry & Processing: You will primarily be responsible for entering claims information into our sophisticated claims management systems with speed and accuracy. This includes inputting patient information, insurance details, claim amounts, and other critical data points that are essential for processing claims efficiently.

  • Claims Follow-Up: You will actively follow up on missing information required to process claims. This involves communicating with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal departments, to obtain necessary documentation and ensure timely claim resolution.

  • Invoice Review: You will carefully review invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. This includes verifying billing codes, cross-referencing information with claims data, and identifying any discrepancies that require attention.

  • Report Generation: You will compile comprehensive reports from our systems containing claims information. These reports will be used by management to analyze trends, track performance, and make informed business decisions.

  • Quality Assurance: You will maintain high standards of data integrity by regularly reviewing your work for errors and implementing best practices to minimize mistakes.
