About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our customer success team. This position offers a unique blend of traditional customer service and proactive customer success, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. You'll be the face of arenaflex for our community of holistic practitioners, providing the support they need to grow their businesses and deliver exceptional care to their clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to Support Tickets: Handle inbound inquiries from practitioners via email, chat, and our platform's support system. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, answer questions about platform features, and ensure every practitioner receives timely, helpful responses.
- Payment Processing & Tracking: Assist with monitoring client payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring seamless financial transactions for our practitioners. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial in this area.
- Onboarding New Practitioners: Host live onboarding sessions over Zoom to help new practitioners get started on the arenaflex platform. You'll walk them through setup, explain key features, and set them up for success from day one.
- Ongoing Support Calls: Conduct regular check-in calls with practitioners to understand their needs, gather feedback, and help them maximize the value they get from our platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to relay practitioner feedback, identify bugs, and contribute to continuous improvement of the arenaflex experience.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Embrace the entrepreneurial spirit of a growing startup. You'll tackle various tasks as they arise, from content creation to process improvements, always with a growth mindset.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a self-starter who is fluent in the language of wellness and has a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats, solving problems independently, and continuously learning in a rapidly evolving industry.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: You've worked in a customer-facing role and understand how to handle diverse inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Passion for Wellness & Mission Alignment: You genuinely believe in the value of holistic healthcare and are excited about contributing to our mission of transforming primary medicine.
- Strong Communication Skills: You can articulate ideas clearly, write polished responses, and adapt your communication style to different audiences—both in writing and verbally.
- Autonomous & Self-Starter Mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you take initiative, figure things out, and get stuff done. You're comfortable working independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive starting salary of $32,000-$36,000 per year, reflecting our commitment to attracting talent who are excited about our mission. In addition to base compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being:

- Team Breathwork Sessions: Three times per week, we come together for guided breathwork sessions. This is part of our commitment to practicing what we preach—supporting the well-being of our team members.
