What You'll Do Every Day

As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our client interactions, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Here's what your daily responsibilities will look like:


  • Handle Inbound Calls with Excellence: Manage incoming calls from business owners and executives, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their unique needs and challenges.

  • Consultative Selling: Listen actively to discover client requirements and recommend appropriate arenaflex small business solutions that address their specific needs.

  • Product Expertise: Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge, effectively communicating relevant product features, benefits, and various aspects of arenaflex Small Business Services.

  • Continuous Skill Development: Consistently grow your strategic selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals with confidence.

  • Exceptional Customer Care: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries about accounts in a high-speed, structured customer care environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

  • Accurate Documentation: Report essential account information according to established policies and procedures, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain integrity by complying with all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices.

  • Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, sales conversions, and call handling efficiency.

What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of two years of customer service experience, with a genuine passion for building customer loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment for two or more years, with measurable results in customer satisfaction and sales performance.

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or certifications are a plus!

  • Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours with flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
