- *Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Digital Technology team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, while also contributing to the development and maintenance of our technology solutions. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and growing team.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across various systems and platforms
- Develop and maintain data entry processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and make recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into data trends and insights
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and management
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data entry and management, with a focus on accuracy and integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address data quality issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in data entry software and tools, such as Excel, Access, and SQL
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in data entry and management, with a focus on accuracy and integrity
- Certification in data entry or management, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong experience with data security and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- *Salary and Benefits:**
- The salary for this position is $75,000 to $110,000, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
