What You'll Do

As a Product Manager focused on retention and engagement, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers remain connected, satisfied, and loyal to the arenaflex ecosystem. Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Communication Development: Manage audience-specific messaging and communication strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to drive device, subscription, and user retention. You'll craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse customer segments.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention.   • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and customer insights to identify opportunities and act as the voice of the customer. Propose communications that improve the overall arenaflex customer experience while driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Testing and Optimization: Test, track, and measure the impact of retention initiatives on key metrics including device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement. You'll use A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and rigorous analysis to continuously improve our approaches.

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience. You've seen how complex organizations operate and understand how to drive results across multiple stakeholders.

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. We value diverse educational backgrounds and believe that great product managers come from varied disciplines.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers competitive compensation that reflects your skills, experience, and the value you bring to our team. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
