What You Will Do
As a Customer Acquisition Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in driving our revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships. Your primary focus will be on achieving your quota through strategic selling, renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities within your assigned territory. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Work within a dedicated territory and collaborate with your team to achieve revenue-based quotas by selling renewals and identifying upsell opportunities with existing clients.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability in your performance.
- Product Mastery: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, leveraging technical knowledge to assess client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Client Issue Resolution: Proactively address customer concerns and roadblocks that may prevent satisfaction or product usage, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Competitive Positioning: Manage external competitive pressures and skillfully handle objections to retain existing customers and win new business.
- High-Volume Communication: Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email daily, with the majority of communication being outbound.

- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity.
- Achievement Orientation: Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals.
- Communication Skills: Experience in high-volume calling with the ability to engage prospects and clients effectively over the phone and email.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience learning new technology and data, with the ability to quickly become proficient in our systems and tools.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- CRM Experience: Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
- Remote Work: Experience or willingness to work from home as needed.
