Position Overview
This exciting hybrid position is based at our 600 NW 79th Avenue, Miami, FL 33126 location. As part of our team, you'll work on-site at our center 3-4 days per week and enjoy the convenience of remote work from home 1-2 days weekly. This arrangement provides the perfect balance between collaborative teamwork and independent productivity.
As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition and service, you'll be on the front lines of providing innovative solutions to both prospective and existing customers. Your mission will be to optimize their service experience, drive satisfaction, and cultivate unwavering loyalty to the arenaflex brand. You'll handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and cutting-edge devices. Additionally, you'll address existing customer needs, including billing inquiries, payment support, plan changes, upgrades, and technical assistance.
Your ultimate goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions while delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. Your consultative approach will help you meet monthly sales goals and, most importantly, deliver an outstanding customer experience that sets arenaflex apart from the competition.
What You'll Do Every Day
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic, engaging, and consistently challenging. Here's what you can expect:
- Identify Upsell Opportunities: You'll skillfully identify upsell opportunities and make tailored recommendations to the right-fit customers, introducing them to the latest technology, services, and exclusive offers that perfectly match their needs.
- Fast-Paced Contact Environment: You'll work in an exciting, fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, and other types of customer interactions. No two days will be exactly the same!
- Multi-Tool Proficiency: You'll utilize multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries while maintaining accurate and comprehensive customer records.
- Expert Explanations: You'll become an expert at simplifying the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services, ensuring customers fully understand their investments.
- Technical Troubleshooting: When issues arise, you'll step in to perform basic troubleshooting and engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, including Internet, voice, and data services.
- Full-Time Commitment: In this full-time position (40 hours/week), you'll work a set schedule including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service.
- Cross-Training Opportunities: Premier Service Consultants may be cross-trained to address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support based on the needs of the business.

Essential Qualifications
- Call Center Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is required. You should be comfortable navigating fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Schedule Flexibility: Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
- Sales Aptitude: A natural ability to identify opportunities and guide customers toward solutions that benefit both the customer and the organization.
- Technical Acuity: Basic technical proficiency and the willingness to learn complex systems, products, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to quickly assess customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in telecommunications or technology sales
- Experience with CRM systems and multi-platform troubleshooting
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) – a significant advantage in our diverse Miami market
- Prior experience in customer retention and collections
Work From Home Requirements
For the remote work components of this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Verified Internet Service: You will need secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet service to support business needs. A minimum download speed of 25 Mbps is recommended.
- Dedicated Workspace: An established dedicated work area is required, including a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection (wireless connections are not recommended for this role).
- Equipment Provision: arenaflex will provide all the equipment you'll need to get started, including a keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, and more!
- Workspace Standards: Your workspace will need to be in alignment with WFH standards, including technical requirements, security protocols, physical workspace considerations, noise level management, and our Clean Desk policy.
- Participation in Audits: You will participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, and more.
- Accountability and Availability: You will need to be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, complete required trainings, adhere to performance management expectations, participate in recurring management routines, and comply with manual and automated remote monitoring policies.
Compensation and Rewards

- Competitive Base Pay: Our Premier Service Consultants earn between $18.31/hour, plus the opportunity to earn up to $36,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
- Individualized Starting Salary: Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
