As an Experienced Customer Collections Account Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires a unique blend of problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
  • Make arrangements with customers to pay balances in full or set up the best possible arrangements
  • Document all collection activity in the client/arenaflex system in a concise and accurate manner
  • Correct any deficiencies or oversights as outlined by U/M or Manager during telephone monitor, file activity, or QA reviews
  • Maintain good public relations and cope with high-stress environments caused by speaking with emotional callers
  • Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
  • Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
  • React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
  • Maintain good working relationships with assigned supervisors and coworkers
  • Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others
  • Perform additional duties as required by management

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
  • Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
  • Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
