Position Overview

This is a part-time, remote position requiring approximately 12 hours per week. Key Responsibilities


As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our client acquisition and retention efforts. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Relationship Building: Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, active listening, and genuine empathy. Your ability to connect with diverse individuals will be crucial in establishing trust and credibility for arenaflex.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads to determine potential interest and suitability for our programs and services. You'll gather essential information about prospective clients' goals, challenges, and aspirations to ensure proper routing and follow-up.
  • Inbound Inquiry Response: Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns with accuracy, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in providing exceptional service.
  • CRM Documentation: Document all interactions, notes, and updates in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping, follow-up procedures, and team collaboration. Thorough documentation helps our entire organization deliver personalized experiences to every prospective client.
