You will collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to streamline our workflow, generate candidate answers, and weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and development timeline. Additionally, you will be accountable for assisting, developing, and preserving arenaflex's proprietary engine-specific and custom gear used daily.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our development process across various disciplines
• Preserve, extend, and aid present development gear
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
• Collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to streamline our workflow and implement solutions
• Generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and development timeline, and implement the selected answer
• Assist in the adoption of the solution by the team

• *Essential Qualifications**

• A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work
• Experience with the overall device lifecycle: identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
