Posted 2026-05-05Our client, a leading player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to join our fully remote marketing team. This is a critical leadership role focused on developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share, consumer engagement, and revenue growth for key product lines. You will be responsible for market analysis, identifying consumer trends, developing positioning and messaging, and overseeing the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all relevant channels (digital, social media, traditional advertising, PR). Key duties include managing the P&L for your assigned brands, collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, R&D), and guiding external agencies. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Marketing, MBA, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of progressive brand management experience within the CPG industry. Demonstrated success in launching new products, revitalizing existing brands, and driving profitable growth is essential. You should have a strong understanding of consumer insights, market research methodologies, and digital marketing strategies. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills are required.
