Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Technology Leader who will apply enterprise-level business knowledge to ensure maximum value delivery. In this role, you'll be responsible for the delivery and support of solutions and services that are technically sound, well-integrated, aligned with our technical strategy, and exceeding customer requirements. You'll lead cross-functional teams, provide strategic technical guidance, and drive initiatives that enhance our technological capabilities while delivering measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Technology Leadership: Apply division and enterprise business knowledge to ensure value proposition alignment and drive technology initiatives that support organizational objectives.
- Team Development: Guide and lead colleagues using arenaflex talent management practices to coach, develop, and engage employees at all levels.
- Culture Champion: Model the arenaflex Way by adhering to company values and fostering a culture of inclusion, recognition, and support for a safe workplace environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Invest in leadership and self-development through participating in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.

- Process Excellence: Participate fully in organizational processes and drives, including performance management, meetings, planning, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Issue Resolution: Lead the resolution of association, team, and individual issues, making appropriate decisions that balance stakeholder needs with organizational objectives.
- Performance Optimization: Develop and execute strategies and processes to improve performance and the value of products and services provided.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and services that address complex business challenges.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical thought leadership related to assigned functional areas and deliver technology solutions using best practices.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with emerging trends, processes, and solutions related to assigned responsibilities.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, collaborative relationships and credibility while influencing and driving change across business and technology teams.
- Value Measurement: Work with technology partners and colleagues to measure financial benefits and real-world business value.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of traditional training and experience).
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading teams and providing work direction in a business and/or Information Technology environment.
- Work Authorization: U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required. No current or future work authorization sponsorship is available.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of business/association management, including planning, organizing, directing, developing, and supervising.
- Understanding of staff practices and regulations.
- Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, methodologies, tools, and trends.
- Proficient knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with business clients and technology teams.
- Ability to provide tactical leadership to teams.
- Ability to use appropriate motivation and influence techniques to achieve desired team results.
- Ability to set and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to manage projects using the organization's project management methodology.
- Capability to perform work duties from a designated workstation/desk/office area for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job.
- Proficiency in using a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet job requirements.
