What You'll Do in This Role


As a Remote Technical Support and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline hero who bridges the gap between technology and human connection. Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Providing Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries using our comprehensive call flow guides, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

  • Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products. Your problem-solving skills will be key as you troubleshoot challenges ranging from smartphones and tablets to computers, wearables, and beyond.

  • Database Management: Accurately track, document, and retrieve customer information in our databases, maintaining meticulous records that support seamless customer experiences.

  • Product Expertise: Maintain broad and current knowledge of client products and services. Familiarity with iOS, MacOS, Android, or comparable technology is highly valued and will help you provide expert guidance.

Qualifications We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (in any industry)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • A quiet, distraction-free home office environment
  • Strong computer navigation skills and fundamental PC knowledge
  • High-speed internet connection (wireless hotspots and satellite internet are not acceptable)
  • Desktop or laptop computer capable of completing required PC and internet testing
  • Smartphone with data plan
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. residential address
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

  • Previous technical support experience
