Position Overview
As a Remote Live Chat Data Entry & Customer Information Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives and maintaining the integrity of our enterprise data platforms. You will work closely with utility teams to capture, analyze, and transform business requirements into actionable data solutions.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour, comprehensive training, and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of exciting tasks designed to leverage your analytical abilities and customer service skills:
- Collaborate with Utility Teams: Work closely with cross-functional utility teams to understand, outline, and capture commercial enterprise requirements. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes.
- Voice of the Customer (VOC) Programs: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methodologies. Leverage these insights to design and transform data within our cornerstone big data platform, ensuring we capture meaningful customer feedback at every touchpoint.
- Data Architecture & Modeling: Contribute to the design and construction of robust data model architectures that support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver accurate, actionable business intelligence.
- Big Data Solutions Development: Support the implementation of big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformative technologies including Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python. You will help deliver innovative solutions that maintain data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing at variable and use-case levels.
- Performance Optimization: Provide recommendations to enhance system capabilities and drive efficiency in computing programs within the massive data ecosystem. Your expertise will help streamline operations and improve overall system performance.
- Consumer Tale Analysis: Power consumer tale analysis and elaboration, including the design and development of software programs, testing, and the creation of automation tools that improve operational efficiency.
- Process Automation: Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency across our data operations. You will play a key role in eliminating redundant processes and implementing best practices.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with partners from various business units to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for diverse use cases as part of our comprehensive Voice of the Customer end-to-end process.
- Live Chat Support: Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages. Familiarity with development launch management and troubleshooting for data-driven projects spanning at least three years.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Active collaboration with relationship managers and product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables. You must be comfortable translating business needs into practical data solutions.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups. Experience working in sprint-based environments is highly preferred.
