As a Customer Success Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services, driving retention, and identifying growth opportunities that benefit both our clients and our organization. You'll work closely with clients to cultivate future projects, qualify new opportunities, and become a trusted strategic advisor in their success journey.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Consultant at arenaflex, no two days will be the same. You'll be working on initiatives that directly impact our business and the success of our clients. Here's what you can expect:

Strategic Account Management


  • Develop Comprehensive Success Plans: Collaborate closely with clients to create detailed success plans that outline clear objectives, milestones, and timelines. Coordinate all activities necessary to deliver measurable results on these plans.

  • Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to identify and execute upsell opportunities, expanding our footprint within existing accounts while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Internal Escalation & Expectation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for issue management. When challenges arise, you'll expertly escalate matters internally while maintaining transparent communication with clients to manage expectations effectively.

Client Engagement & Communication


  • Lead Customer Interactions: Organize and facilitate impactful client interactions, ranging from weekly check-in meetings to comprehensive day-long strategy workshops. Your communication skills will be key to driving these sessions forward.

  • Product Demonstrations: Comfortably deliver product demonstrations that showcase the full value of our offerings, tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.

  • C-level Influence: Present findings, strategies, and recommendations to executive stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

Operational Excellence


  • Administrative Excellence: Execute internal administrative tasks necessary to keep our team informed and our business running smoothly. This includes documentation, reporting, and coordination activities.

  • Process Optimization: Leverage tools and data to create repeatable, scalable processes that make Customer Success more efficient. You'll identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive work and streamline operations.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Build both ad hoc reports for immediate needs and strategic reporting for long-term planning. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and demonstrate value to clients.

Problem Solving & Innovation


  • Needs Analysis: Perform thorough needs analysis to determine the right solutions for client questions and challenges. Your analytical mindset will help you match client needs with our offerings effectively.

  • Knowledge Exchange: Identify opportunities for data and knowledge exchange that benefit both arenaflex and our clients, creating mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Internal Account Health: Provide support and oversight in managing the internal health of our house accounts, ensuring proactive identification of risks and opportunities.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

Essential Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.

Preferred Background


  • Previous experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or a customer-centric industry

  • Demonstrated success in retaining and growing enterprise accounts

  • Experience working with diverse client segments, including direct-to-consumer, B2B, and healthcare organizations

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $81,492 - $101,865 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
