Position Overview: What You'll Do

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of some of the world's most trusted brands. Essential Qualifications


  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus!)

  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute with accuracy

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems

  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues effectively

  • Strong aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation

Physical Requirements

This position operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, you will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit or stand for extended periods while using a computer and telephone headset. You will regularly operate office equipment, including computers, phones, copiers, and printers. Occasionally, you may be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks, reach in any direction, and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
