Position Overview
As a Senior Associate Digital Product Manager at arenaflex, you will be a critical member of our Automation Innovation team, focused on the strategy, discovery, and execution of advanced chat automation capabilities. You will work closely with product teams, including Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and business partners, to shape our conversational AI customer servicing products. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of technology, design, and customer experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine curiosity about how things work, the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights, and a bias toward action. You'll be responsible for leading product discovery efforts, defining requirements that elevate the customer experience, and driving the evolution of our conversational AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Product Discovery: Drive continuous product discovery efforts and define product requirements that present opportunities to elevate the customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Data-Informed Decision Making: Leverage client data, conversational analytics, industry knowledge, and technical understanding to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities that meet evolving customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across different value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term strategic investments.
- Product Definition & Roadmap: Partner with the core product team to define customer stories, map product definitions, and build comprehensive acceptance criteria. Identify and escalate needs for additional research to inform future feature design.
- Testing & Analysis: Lead client testing initiatives and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation solutions. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive continuous optimization.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and design clear, data-informed product recommendations to drive strategic decisions.
- Backlog Management: Maintain and refine the product backlog, mapping customer stories to end-user needs while prioritizing initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment.
- Strategy Development: Support the definition and creation of product strategy, roadmap, release plans, and overall customer experience vision for our conversational AI platforms.
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
