We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Onboard & Leisure Product Analyst to join our product development team. Position Overview

As an Analyst, Onboard & Leisure Product at arenaflex, you will serve as the analytical and operational backbone for our experience and onboard product initiatives. You'll be the subject matter expert for onboard product applications and projects, managing critical elements such as our in-flight menu, entertainment systems, and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the arenaflex product team, you will:

• Drive Product Strategy: Contribute significantly to product development by managing product controls, reporting evaluations, and project management support for onboard and leisure products.
• Develop Experience Products: Lead the enhancement of current experience products including hotels, tour insurance, and onboard offerings. Research market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Design New Products: Conceptualize, design, and implement new products that enhance the passenger experience, from initial ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Manage Onboard Elements: Serve as the subject matter expert for onboard product applications, including management of in-flight menus, entertainment systems, and various product programs.
• Analyze Performance: Utilize advanced analytical skills to evaluate product performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work collaboratively with operations, marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure product initiatives align with company objectives and deliver shared successes.
• Present Findings: Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to senior management with clarity and confidence.
• Drive Innovation: Think creatively to develop innovative solutions that address customer needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage Projects: Lead and support various projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and ensure all onboard products meet industry standards and safety regulations.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in product, project, or program management, or a related analytical role.
• Education: Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in the airline or hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong systems skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership.
• Analytical Thinking: Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a track record of developing innovative solutions.

• Hands-on onboard experience, either as a flight attendant or working closely with flight crews on the operations side.
• Deep understanding of passenger experience dynamics in the travel industry.
• Knowledge of current trends in airline hospitality and inflight services.
• Experience with data visualization tools beyond Excel.
• Background in leisure product development, including travel packages and ancillary services.
• Familiarity with customer experience management principles and methodologies.
• Project management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
