This position is a key member of our Flight Services Group within the Customer Experience Division at arenaflex. As a Flight Service Administration Representative, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the men and women who make air travel possible—our flight attendants.

What You'll Do

As a Flight Service Administration Representative at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Phone Support: Handle incoming telephone inquiries from flight attendants, management, and union representatives, providing timely and accurate information regarding scheduling, payroll, benefits, and policy questions.

  • System Operations: Perform a wide variety of duties within our Flight Services systems, including the Semi-Automated Business Research Environment (SABRE) and the Crew Assignment and Tracking System (CATS), ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.

  • Policy Interpretation: Understand and explain complex policies and procedures as outlined in the Flight Attendant Collective Bargaining Agreement, applying them consistently and fairly in all interactions.

  • Multi-Department Collaboration: Manage high volumes of calls while effectively communicating with various departments, including flight attendants, multiple levels of management, and union representatives who advocate for our crew members.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all conversations and transactions, ensuring documentation is completed with precision and submitted within required timeframes.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide consistent, clear information to internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to understand issues presented during calls and offer solutions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and recommend process improvements that benefit both employees and customers.

  • Training Support: Assist with coordinating training logistics, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and resource allocation for flight attendant development programs.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Aviation Management, or a related field.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.

  • System Experience: Familiarity with reservation systems such as SABRE, DECS, and RES is highly preferred.

  • Decision-Making: Ability to make independent decisions while knowing when to collaborate with supervisors and team members for guidance.

  • Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work additional hours as needed to address operational issues and meet business demands.

  • Shift Availability: Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as this role operates around the clock to support our global flight operations.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately process complex information and maintain precise records.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

While not required, the following experience and knowledge will give you a competitive edge:


  • Previous experience working with provisional work groups or labor organizations, with knowledge of union Collective Bargaining Agreements.

  • Prior call center or contact center experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

  • Understanding of airline industry operations, particularly flight attendant scheduling and administration.

  • Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.

  • Knowledge of federal aviation regulations and company policies related to crew member rest requirements.
