As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our applicants, ensuring their experience with our company is nothing short of exceptional. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Providing technical assistance to applicants, allowing them to complete their applications efficiently and effectively.
- Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed.
- Developing strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds.
- Staying up-to-date on all arenaflex application programs to provide excellent applicant support.
- Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve our processes and procedures.
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to customers.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat).
- Bilingual abilities preferred, with proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish.

- Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
