Your primary focus will be on communicating with customers in Lithuanian (C1 level spoken/written), with a good command of English and Russian (B2 level). You will be the first point of contact for our clients, resolving their queries, and providing solutions to their problems.   • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to clients in Lithuanian, English, and Russian
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (C1 level spoken/written)
  • Good command of English and Russian (B2 level)

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
