Position Overview

As a Sales Analytics Professional at arenaflex, you will be an integral member of our Examination Group, which leads account-level insights for our business operations. You will be responsible for supporting account directors with comprehensive data analysis, generating meaningful insights, and developing strategic recommendations that drive increased revenue and business growth.

Key Responsibilities


  • Data Collection and Integration: Gather data from diverse sources including Account Managers, Salesforce CRM, and arenaflex databases. Ensure the accurate compilation of relevant information needed for comprehensive business analysis and reporting.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Research and verify third-party data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability of all analytical outputs. Implement quality control measures and address any discrepancies in data sources.
  • Data Transformation: Scour, design, and convert raw data into system-compatible formats that can be readily utilized across various platforms and analytical tools.
  • Stakeholder Support: Support Account Managers in meeting solicitation requirements and addressing their analytical needs. Serve as a trusted partner in their decision-making processes.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects efficiently. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.

Essential Qualifications
