What You'll Do

As an experienced Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business challenges and data-driven solutions. • Educational Background: A Master's degree or equivalent practical experience (2+ years) in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Economics, or Engineering.


• Analytical Expertise: A proven track record of extracting meaningful insights from data and building machine learning models. Experience in business analytics or a related domain is essential, with demonstrated ability to elevate team capabilities in areas such as forecasting, predictive modeling, descriptive analytics, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).


• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience using standard data science libraries and frameworks including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and PySpark.


• Visualization Skills: Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit, or similar platforms to create intuitive dashboards and reports that drive business understanding.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $258,000, depending on individualized factors such as market location, relevant work experience, skills, and qualifications.
