As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with ease and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers with a smile in your voice
- Professionally responding to customer inquiries, identifying and escalating priority issues as needed
- Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure a positive outcome
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently

To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
- Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
