We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer service to our existing Health Mart Atlas members.   • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing answers, conducting research, and triaging with other departments as needed
  • Making outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, returning voicemails, and participating in call campaigns
  • Providing timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Answering inbound calls and email requests from existing Health Mart Atlas pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs, such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement issues
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends
  • Serving as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups once tenured in the role
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Typically 3+ years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in using internal systems and software to conduct research and resolve issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or with managed care organizations
  • Knowledge of PBM contracts and payment processes
  • Experience with call campaigns and outbound sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain high levels of productivity and engagement
