Training & Development Program

Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service to every customer who reaches out to us. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Respond to High Volume of Inbound Phone Calls: Be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their needs with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Build Customer Relationships: Create positive, lasting impressions by listening actively, understanding concerns, and providing solutions that exceed expectations
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with Sales team members daily in a team-based environment to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Navigate Multiple Computer Programs: Use various PC-based systems and applications with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
- Resolve Customer Challenges: Utilize all available resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
- Handle Pricing & Invoicing: Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credits, and implement return procedures accurately
- Document Interactions: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or related fields)
- Commute Ability: Must be able to commute to our facility from your home location
- Home Workspace: A secure, dedicated workspace at home specifically designed for job activity
- Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to operate and navigate multiple PC-based programs simultaneously
- Internet Requirements: Stable internet connection with verified speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
