Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and implement cost-effective supply chain solutions that address customer needs and resolve customer experience issues. You will support projects that directly impact customer journeys, driving evaluated value-add solutions for both customers and the organization.

This position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely, providing phone and live support to customers while contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the future of our customer experience capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Development: Utilize available resources to design, develop, and implement financially savvy, supply chain solutions that address customer needs and resolve customer experience issues with precision and creativity.
  • Project Support: Support projects that directly impact customer journeys, driving evaluated value-add solutions for both the customer and arenaflex organization.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer and service performance data to support strategic plan development and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, including presenting analytical results and solution recommendations to partners on a regular cadence.
  • Data Accuracy Review: Review and resolve any data accuracy issues including valuation, country of origin, unit of measure, and orders.
  • Documentation Support: Collaborate with internal and external parties to obtain supporting documents for import clearance activities.
  • Reconciliation Support: Support reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance across all operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring import activities comply with government regulations and established guidelines.
  • Process Management: Define, enable, run, and operate processes and systems as related to customs import controls.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain processes, controls, record keeping, and audit readiness regarding import entry operations.
  • Quality Improvement: Apply quality principles to identify process improvement opportunities, determine available options, execution strategies, and make recommendations to management.
  • Travel Requirements: Some travel may be required for this position.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.

  • Two (2) years of work experience in external customer issue resolution with a proven track record of success.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in business software applications, including Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management systems.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience


  • Logistics Expertise: Coordination of air and sea shipments, including scheduling, routing, document preparation, and tracking.

  • Customs Experience: Hands-on experience with customs import controls and clearance processes.

  • Professional Certifications:

    • Certified Export Specialist (CES)

    • Certified Customs Specialist (CCS)

    • Master Export Specialist (MES)

    • Customs Broker License (CBL)



  • Quality Certifications: Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or related methodologies.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of supply chain management systems and data analysis tools.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of international trade regulations, import/export compliance, and logistics operations.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

This salary range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this position. Factors that may be used to determine your actual compensation may include your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison with other employees currently in this role.

Additional Compensation: Annual bonus opportunities and performance-based incentives.

Work Locations

While this position offers remote work capabilities, we have preferred locations for these positions in Memphis, Tennessee; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Houston, Texas; Plano, Texas; Harrison, Arkansas; or Akron, Ohio.
