What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty) at arenaflex, you'll work from the comfort of your home office and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients' customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Essential Requirements:

  • Residency: Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
  • Insurance License: Active license to sell Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance – this is a mandatory requirement
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal) – strong articulation and comprehension abilities
  • Customer Service Orientation: Genuine passion for helping others and resolving their concerns
  • Interpersonal Qualities: Patient and empathetic nature with the ability to remain calm under pressure
