Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services to join our dynamic team. As the Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of healthcare management services for your assigned functional area. You will serve as a subject matter expert and coach, guiding your team through clinical best practices, quality interventions, and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be accountable for driving clinical excellence and ensuring the highest standards of care across your team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Clinical Protocol Implementation: Execute clinical policies and procedures in strict accordance with relevant regulatory and accreditation standards, including NCQA, URAC, state and federal regulations as applicable to our operations.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a content model expert and coach to your team regarding practice standards, quality of interventions, issue resolution, and critical thinking skills development.
- Best Practice Development: Ensure implementation and monitoring of best practice approaches and innovations to better address population health needs across the continuum of care.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: May serve as a contact with other key business areas and collaborate on interdepartmental initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Training and Development: May develop/aid in the creation of new training content and collaborate on delivering instructional sessions to team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Protect the confidentiality of population information and adhere to company policies regarding privacy and data security.
- Care Management Oversight: Manage resources responsible for identification of individuals, development and execution of care plans, enhancement of clinical appropriateness and quality of care, and monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of care outcomes.
- Data Analysis and Improvement: Evaluate and interpret data, identify areas for improvement, and focus on interventions to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Create, initiate, evaluate, monitor, and communicate performance expectations for your team members.
- System Proficiency: Ensure the team's understanding and utilization of information system capabilities and functionality to maximize operational efficiency.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for staff, utilizing clearly defined requirements regarding education, experience, technical, and performance competencies.
- Team Development: Assess developmental needs and collaborate with others to identify and implement action plans that support the development of high-performing teams.

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Clinical Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in clinical subject matter, demonstrating a strong foundation in healthcare delivery and patient care.
- Active Licensure: Must possess active, unrestricted RN (Registered Nurse) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) licensure in your state of residence. This is non-negotiable as it forms the foundation of our clinical credibility.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications

- Managed Care Experience: Prior experience in managed care settings, particularly with Medicare populations, will be highly valued.
