Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Global Equity Consultant to join our HR Operations team. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from Montana, USA, with periodic collaboration with cross-functional teams worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting, coupled with excellent analytical capabilities and a customer-focused approach.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational compliance and accuracy in our equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase programs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external plan administrators, and employees to process equity transactions, respond to inquiries, and maintain robust data integrity. This is a hands-on position that requires both technical expertise and exceptional communication skills.

What You'll Do for Us

As a Global Equity Consultant at arenaflex, you will contribute to a team that delivers excellence in stock plan management by:


  • Performing comprehensive data audits: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Processing equity awards: Handle the release of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards with precision and timeliness, ensuring accurate settlement and reporting.
  • Transaction review and validation: Review equity transaction activity, including stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder support: Research, track, and respond to questions received from plan participants, method partners, and other stakeholders, providing clear, accurate, and timely resolutions to inquiries.
  • Award grant support: Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
  • Reporting and analytics: Produce ad-hoc data analytics and reporting in support of ongoing operations, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • System maintenance: Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and process efficiency.
  • Additional responsibilities: Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested, contributing to team objectives and organizational success.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field required; or equivalent work experience in a comparable role.

  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred.

  • Hands-on experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and employee stock purchase plans preferred.

Technical Skills


  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems, with particular experience in Workday preferred, including methods and interrelationships of data transfers between systems.

  • Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to investigate and convert findings into precise, actionable recommendations.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
