About the Role

The Senior Sales Directior will own and execute the sales strategy driving revenue growth within the Provider and Health System vertical at Fabric. This role is focused on building and closing enterprise deals with health systems across Texas and territories north, requiring a strategic seller who can build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at target accounts. You will tailor Fabric's value proposition to meet the specific needs of each account while navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will be supported by a cross-functional team spanning marketing, solution design, product, clinical, technical, and integration, giving you the resources to run a compelling sales process from first meeting through close. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the health system landscape, established relationships within key accounts, a track record of exceeding targets, and experience operating in a high-growth environment.

Your Qualifications


The national pay range for this role is $150,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, including a comprehensive benefits package such as medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) plan, stock options and bonuses. If your compensation requirement is greater than our posted range, please still consider applying; a determination can be made based on unique qualifications. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.
