In this role, you will provide legal advice to claims examiners, perform legal research, draft documents and pleadings, negotiate settlement, update and maintain files, take in-person depositions, and appear for court hearings and trials. You will gain experience and have the opportunity to learn from more experienced attorneys. <li>Prepare initial file analysis</li>
