What You'll Be Doing: Your Role as a Virtual Customer Service Representative

- Internet Connection: Minimum download speed of 2 Mbps and upload speed of 1 Mbps. A direct Ethernet connection is strongly preferred over wireless for reliability.
- Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free home office environment where you can focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time and possess manual dexterity for typing and navigating systems
- Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with 80% accuracy
- Location: Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (excluding Santa Fe County), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin
