Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join our Business Analytics team. As a Data Scientist on our Business Analytics team, you will contribute to every stage of data science projects, from identifying and defining business problems to developing analytical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. Your work will involve:
- End-to-End Data Science Project Leadership: Lead complex data science initiatives from concept to deployment, including problem definition, data exploration, model development, validation, and business implementation. Translate intricate business challenges into actionable data science frameworks that address real organizational needs.
- Advanced Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines that support our mission of democratizing data across the organization. Ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility for analytics and machine learning applications.

Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Economics, or Engineering. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years of equivalent experience in a quantitative role, demonstrating proficiency in data science methodologies and business analytics applications.
