Position Overview
The Remote Services Sales Specialist is responsible for providing consultative customer support and seamless sales experiences for our deck projects and home improvement services via telephone. This role is critical in building affinity and trust with customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and maintaining exceptional call quality standards.
You'll leverage established sales strategies to effectively close transactions through inbound and outbound calling. Your ability to communicate clear expectations will ensure customers are well-prepared for each stage of their project installation process. You'll collaborate seamlessly with customers, service providers, and internal arenaflex partners to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
Collaboration and Partnership (20%)
- Work closely with arenaflex partners and external service providers to coordinate sales and ensure smooth project fulfillment
- Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure accurate scheduling and seamless handoffs

Communication and Outreach (40%)
- Proactively call customers to assess their product needs and schedule appointments

Essential Qualifications
