Position Overview
As a Business Analysis Manager within our Global Reporting team, you will play a pivotal role in driving arenaflex's success by collaborating with specialized business unit finance teams to deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting packages tailored for our most senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and the board of directors. Your analytical expertise and strategic mindset will be instrumental in shaping the financial narrative that guides key business decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Reporting Excellence: Lead the design and implementation of robust reporting frameworks that deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights to executive leadership. Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and business planning with increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, variance analysis, and strategic planning within a large, complex organizational structure.
- Strong proficiency in financial planning systems, advanced Excel modeling, and business intelligence tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Proven track record of effectively presenting complex financial information to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives and board members.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
