Key Responsibilities
As a Quantitative Analyst and Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will:
- Lead advanced analytics initiatives focused on media strategy, measurement, and optimization, with particular emphasis on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to quantify the impact of marketing investments across channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, engineering, and finance to design and execute sophisticated analytical projects that drive business value
- Design and conduct experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, product features, and strategic initiatives
- Develop predictive models using supervised and unsupervised machine learning approaches for regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting tasks
- Transform complex media data into structured datasets and visual representations that tell compelling stories and inform strategic decisions
- Conduct quantitative analyses to drive meaningful change and improvement in business performance, translating findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
- Perform root cause analysis to solve problems at both tactical and strategic levels, identifying the "why" behind performance trends and anomalies
- Build and maintain data pipelines that support automated reporting, dashboarding, and real-time analytics capabilities
- Identify patterns and behaviors that serve as effective predictors of performance and key drivers for successful media strategies
- Partner with product managers and engineers to embed analytical models into production systems, ensuring scalability and reliability

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent functional experience will also be considered
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantitative analysis and business analytics, preferably in a technology, media, or advertising environment
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with SQL and at least one statistical programming language (preferably Python or R) for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling
- Business Acumen: Experience working with multiple stakeholders within a business context, with the ability to translate analytical findings into business recommendations
