[Remote] Inside Sales Agent

They are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Agent to engage with leads, manage lead flow using Follow Up Boss, and collaborate with the sales team to implement effective follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leads and prospects through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Utilize Follow-Up-Boss (FUB) to manage lead flow, track interactions, and prioritize follow-ups effectively
• Nurture Leads through the sales pipeline, providing relevant information, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments for real estate agents
• Stay informed about market trends, real estate regulations, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective follow-up processes and campaigns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and communications within the CRM system

Skills

• Proven experience as a telemarketer professional or similar
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Follow Up Boss (FUB) or a similar CRM platform
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Fluent in English/ Spanish
